Join us for a weekend of workshops, privates, and a dance from September 30 to October 2. Dancemakers of Texas in Fort Worth is bringing Cody in for a great weekend. Here is the information:

Congrats to all the students that danced at 2011 Country Dance Mardi Gras. David’s students won 6 out of 7 proam divisions. 1st in the following female proam divisions: Open Newcomer, Youth Newcomer, Open Novice, Crystal Novice, Diamond Novice, and Diamond ProPro. Thank you to Denise, Marissa, Asriyah, Kathryn, Tricia, Sue, Vera and Karen for helping David receive 1st place Top Teacher!

David and Gretchen 2011 Worlds

David Miller and Gretchen Smith win the 2011 UCWDC Open Division 1 World Championship. Karen Miller with her student Doyle Harris win the 2011 UCWDC ProAm Male Platinum Newcomer World Championship. Congratulations to all the winners!

On Sunday November 21, 2010 David Miller and Gretchen Smith won the 2010 ACDA Division 1 National Championship. David also won 3 Proam National Championships. 2 with his student Kathryn Wade and 1 with his student Carol Dornak. Congratulations to all the winners!

Join us November 12-14, 2010 for the UCWDC Dallas Dance Festival country dance competition. The following weekend November 19-21, 2010 is the ACDA National Championships country dance competition. Good luck to David, Karen, Cody, and Danielle Miller and David’s dance partner Gretchen Smith as they compete at both events.

We are doing a 7 day Swingin’ @ Sea 2011 and Taste of Texas Dance Cruise March 6 – 13, 2011. This cruise is going to San Juan, Puerto Rico, Ports include: St. Thomas, Barbados, St. Lucia, St. Kitts, St. Maarten. Click on the Cruise link above for more information.
